Israel Laufer is the Integrated Security Technologies Manager with over 25 years of experience in the public safety arena, evaluating and procuring security and public safety products, technology, program management, technology support and organization management within federal accounts. Laufer works very closely with upper management in the development of technological strategies, from vision to full implementation, and adaptation in production. Laufer aligns systems with the organization mission by focusing on how RTD can better achieve goals through leveraging people, technology, and processes.
